WHAT DO OUR HOUSE CLEARANCES INCLUDE?
We’ll clear as little or as much as you want from the property in question. It may be that you want everything gone right down to the kitchen units and the carpets, you might just want a furniture clearance or garage clearance or maybe you’ve just an old table and chairs you’d like to move on. Sometimes people just want selected items clearing and want to deal with other items themselves. Whatever your preference, we’re flexible and you’re in charge.
HOW DO WE PRICE OUR HOUSE CLEARANCES?
All house clearances are different, therefore it’s not possible for us to quote without seeing what there is to clear first. Our quotes are free and no-obligation, so you’ve nothing to lose by making your enquiry.
We’re very well situated to keep costs low and save you money. Firstly, we keep waste to a minimum. We reuse what we can reuse, we recycle what we can recycle and we upcycle and/or sell items on where possible. Sometimes we even give some items away for free, which reduces waste going to landfill and keeps the cost down.
We take into account the value of what we clear, which reduces our quotes accordingly, or may even put money back into your pocket.
WHAT DO WE DO WITH WHAT WE CLEAR?
It’s very important to us to minimise waste, so we use many different avenues to look to rehome items.
Some items go directly up for sale, others are reconditioned and sold on, while others are given away. We would much rather see what we clear re-homed, re-used and re-loved than throw it away.
We give reasonably conditioned clothes to charity and donate tinned or dried foods to food banks.
